Are there membership options?

Yes. We offer several monthly membership options. During pre-sale, founding members get special pricing and early access to booking.

When do the studios open?

Our first location in Marda Loop is set to open in late 2025. A second location in West Springs is currently in development and will open in spring 2026.
Pre-sale for West Springs will begin January 2026, following the launch of the Marda Loop studio.

Who is ONE8T for?

ONE8T is for anyone who values their well-being. Whether you want to recover after a workout, unwind after a long day, or simply recharge, this experience is designed to help you feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

How do I book a session?

All bookings are made through the ONE8T mobile app, available on iOS and Android. Simply create your profile, choose your time, and select your suite.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Sessions are by appointment to ensure a smooth and private experience for every guest.

What’s included in a session?

Each 80-minute session begins with 20-minutes in our lounge, where you can enjoy:

  • Hydr8Hydrogen infused water
  • Activ8 – Massage Chair
  • Vibr8 – Hyperice Percussion Therapy

Then you’ll move into your private suite for:

  • Radi8 – Infrared Sauna
  • Rejuven8 – Red Light Therapy
  • Resona8 – Vibration Resonance Therapy
  • Invigor8Cold Plunge
  • Elimin8 – Vitamin C + Carbon Filtered Shower

Are sessions guided or coached?

Sessions are self-directed. You move through each modality at your own pace. Our team is there to welcome you, clean and reset your suite, and offer support when needed.

What should I wear?

Clothing is optional. Since each suite is private, you’re welcome to wear swimwear, athletic wear, or nothing at all—whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

Do I need to bring water?

Nope! Each studio features our premium hydration station with chilled, filtered hydrogen-infused water available throughout your visit. We recommend bringing your own water bottle and leaving it outside the sauna during heat exposure. For safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted in the suites. Hydration before, during, and after your session is highly encouraged.

Do I need to bring a towel?

Each private suite is prepared with four body towels. To enhance your Elimin8 shower experience, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are also provided.

Can I bring a friend or partner?

Absolutely! While each ONE8T suite is private, you’re more than welcome to bring a friend—or even two—to join you. Sharing the experience can make it even more fun and motivating. Just keep in mind that the space is optimized for 1 to 3 people to ensure comfort and flow through the full session.

Modalities & Safety

How hot is the sauna and how cold is the plunge?

Infrared Sauna: Typically set between 60°C and 80°C (140°F–176°F), but it’s fully adjustable. You can lower the temperature to suit your personal comfort.

Cold Plunge: Maintained between 6°C and 12°C (43°F–54°F) for optimal recovery benefits. 

Higher or lower temperatures available upon request.

How clean are the suites between sessions?

Extremely clean. After every session, our staff performs a full reset and sanitization of each suite, including the sauna, plunge tub, shower, and all touchpoints. We take cleanliness as seriously as you do.

What is the minimum age to attend?

Guests aged 14+ may attend independently with parental or guardian consent. Children as young as 5 are also welcome when accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. All guests must be able to safely follow instructions and use the facilities appropriately.

Are there any health conditions or medications that make contrast therapy unsafe?

Contrast therapy may not be suitable for everyone due to certain medical conditions, circulatory issues or prescription medications that affect how your body responds to hot and cold exposure. For your safety, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider—especially if you have any pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, have concerns about blood pressure or heart health, or are taking medications that impact circulation or temperature regulation.

Membership Information

How long is the membership agreement? What is the cancellation policy?

All memberships are month-to-month and require a 30-day cancellation policy.

Can I share my sessions?

Membership or pack holder sessions are non-transferrable. Ask us about our PLUS ONE perk.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, VISA debit and Master debit.

Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes! With a week’s notice you can freeze your membership for a minimum of one month at a time.

What should I do if I'm running late?

Please call our studio. Please note that your session has a specified start and end time to allow our staff to properly sanitize and turn over the suite so you will lose time on your session if you arrive late.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule directly through the ONE8T app within 8-hours of your scheduled session. A late cancel or no-show fee may apply depending on your membership. Full details are available at checkout.

How often should I come?

Most members benefit from 2–4 sessions per week, but the frequency is entirely up to you. Whether for recovery, relaxation, or routine self-care, ONE8T fits into any lifestyle.
