BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE, BOOKING ANY SERVICE, OR PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP OR PRODUCT THROUGH THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER ONE8T PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the website located at www.one8t.com and any affiliated domains (collectively, the “Website”), operated by ONE8T Wellness Inc., a Canadian corporation (“ONE8T”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this Website or any related service, you represent that you (a) are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent if under 18; and (b) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Website or any ONE8T service.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are encouraged to review this Agreement regularly.

4. Services and Memberships
ONE8T offers wellness services including, but not limited to, contrast therapy, sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, massage chairs, and related wellness modalities, delivered via private suite appointments (“Services”). Service offerings, descriptions, durations, prices, and availability may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
Memberships are available on a subscription basis. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the specific terms associated with the membership tier, including recurring billing, cancellation terms, and any applicable usage limitations or benefits.
5. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds
Appointments must be scheduled via the Website, ONE8T app, or authorized booking platform. Cancellations and rescheduling must adhere to the cancellation policy as stated at the time of booking or as outlined in your membership agreement. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session or imposition of a cancellation fee.
Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of ONE8T and may be subject to administrative fees. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@one8t.com.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Website or Services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or abusive purpose. You shall not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or user accounts;
- Use automated scripts to collect data without our written consent;
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and/or Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this Agreement.
7. Health Disclaimer
Our Services are designed to support general wellness. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your health and safety;
- You have consulted with a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before using our Services;
- ONE8T assumes no liability for any injury, health condition, or adverse reaction resulting from the use of any Service.
Services such as infrared sauna and cold plunge involve extreme temperatures and may pose health risks for individuals with certain conditions (e.g., cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, hypertension). You assume all risks associated with participation.
8. Minors
The minimum age to use our Services is 14 years old, with parental or legal guardian consent. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian on their first visit and may be restricted from certain Services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, videos, logos, trademarks, and software—is the intellectual property of ONE8T or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE8T, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ONE8T, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by ONE8T. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Accessing such links is at your own risk.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any membership or service agreements you enter into, constitute the entire agreement between you and ONE8T and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the Website or Services.
